Bab 428: Family Comes First...

When elder Lu entered the home and saw Jiang Yuyan standing in the living room, ready to welcome them, he went towards her. "Happy birthday, My love." 

"Thank you, Grandpa," Jiang Yuyan replied while smiling pleasantly. After elder Lu, everyone wished her one by one and all sat in the living room. 

"Where is Lu Qiang?" elder Lu asked as not seeing him around, and he thought Lu Qiang must be in Jiang residence as it was Jiang Yuyan's birthday.

"He had to go to the office as there was something important to attend," Jiang Yuyan replied and Lu Jinhai said, "He will be here soon, father."

Hearing it, the pleasant expressions on elder Lu's face converted into the cold one. Looking at his son Lu Jinhai, he exclaimed, "On such an important day can't you people keep your work aside? Have you forgotten that family comes first and then other things?"
