Bab 287: A Lion Replaced By a Hyena

Xing and Seiren waited by the shore for the arrival of the Admiral of the Sky Navy, Jubin Arsalan. A big ship was anchored at a safe depth in the sea and they noticed a small boat ferrying five men to the shore.

Xing remembered how Chenglei promised before that he'd take her to the Western Sea.

She was sulking and seeing her down, Seiren tried to cheer her up, "That Warship is the 'Soaring Lion', the biggest and deadliest Warship ever built and was owned by Marvan Arsalan, the ship that led every battle they had. The sight of this ship itself instills fear. Look at the sails..."

Seiren started to speak about ships which Xing had no interest in and she observed the ship and it did look majestic and intimidating.

" Why is the carving in the bow of that ship not a lion? ", she interjected Seiren who was too immersed in his sailing jargon. He seemed to be really interested in sailing.
