Bab 1132: You Can Trust Me

Confusion and dread filled Long Jinjing. "You can trust me, Nikolai," she whispered before leaning forward to press her lips against his lips.

"Y-yes?"

"I'm going to show you a glimpse of the real me today. If after this, you decide that you don't want to have anything to do with me anymore, I'll let you go.  And if you also decide to reveal what you see here today to others, I'll have to disappear."

Her heart jumped. "What do you mean by you'll have to disappear?"

"You won't see me again. Ever."
