Bab 17: The Knights
Its been over 3 minutes and I can already feel my leg going numb, I've been trying to climb a tree to cover up my wound but sheesh this gown makes it tough, "Oh right my clothes!" I rip off a part of my sleeves to cover up the wound "Thank me for forgetting to change su" I try to make light of the situation.
"I need shelter" It were starting to feel cold with all the rain included, if I stayed any longer I'll get a cold, "Where do I-" I hear the noise of an eagle but in the rain? A sense of security dawned over me when I hear it so I follow the source of this noise.
The pain started to wash away, the cold started to fade even under the rain, It felt warm and it felt inviting, a light from a flame appeared through the trees and I stumble down as I look at the flame my strength leaves my body, people I cannot fully see rushed to me. But I felt safe I felt warm under that cold mud.
A thought came to my mind that had brought forth a chain of effects reverberating through the deep skin of fate itself, the thought that this was indeed the sensation that gave us warmth, this was indeed the place that cured all wounds, this was indeed the sign that gave to us our meaning, It was nothing more than home, and one as strong as a citadel.
In the arms of whoever carried me up I fell asleep.
When I came to be I was asleep as I occupied two spaces from the seats I sat up and a Blond haired male spoke to me "Finally awake? I treated your cold a day ago"
A day ago? I must have been really tired, "Thank you but who are you su?"
He then sighed "I'm Krill and I'm part of the enclave Coalition, think of us as a private army enforced by the enclave"
The enclave is involved? Then thank goodness I'm safe I can rest easy from now on "Oh I am so greatful su!"
Krill then chuckled "Please you make me so embarassed Ela"
I tilted my head and asked "Ela?" Is that a name? Well he did used it on me, a close person to him?
Krill then gasped lightly "Oh! Forget I said something, also you might want to not sleep in that spot for a while, I'd feel bad for the boy there"
I turned to my left to see the light blue haired boy I saw before I left the other day "He's here? What was he doing that far from the enclave?"
Krill then shrugged "All I know is that Seraph were on a quest with two others, he came along after realizing just how tough it was" He then nodded "Yea that seems right, he also insisted you lay your head on his lap since it were a bumpy ride."
"Oh" I turned to him and I gaze at him "Well that is awfully nice then" I look at his lap and his back hand catches my eye, the enclave crest? Well thats why people in the enclave are nicer than most, "I'll have to thank him later then, erm Seraph was it su?"
Krill nodded "Thats his name, Oh and I think I might stay in the enclave for a while so I'll formaly introduce you to him soon is that fine?"
I nod at him "That sounds great!" Some joy is painted in my face "I might be able to finally make a friend su!"
Krill then laughed "Alright just don't wake him up yet, or wake him up now we will arrive in an hour"
I shook my head "I think I'll let him rest su"
