El: Thank you (then follow the staff and they got led from a private room that only for VIP customers)

Staff: Sir, if you excuse me I need to tell you that Mr. Seo, our CEO instruct us that if someone comes for his reservations we will inform them that he might be late since he still has an important meeting to do so.

El: Okay, copy.

Lu : (just got arrived and who also got led from the staff then heard her explanation) eh, you're CEO is not yet here?

Staff: Yes Sir and sorry for that.
