Bab 1469: Extremely Worried

Ying Bao crawled down from the bed and turned on the light again. She proposed, "Brother Feimo, let's continue with the pirate game!"

"Sure!"

But he felt a bit worried. "What if Uncle Huo finds out we aren't sleeping?"

"No worries. If daddy comes, we'll lie down right away and pretend to be asleep."

Ying Bao sounded like a veteran.

"Well, then let's start!"

So they started playing again.

Huo Yunshen had just returned to their bedroom and lain down with his wife. But he seemed to have heard some noise. "Honey, did you hear that?"

Jing Xi tried to listen and smiled. "I guess Ying Bao and Feimo are still playing."

"But I saw them lying down just now."

"Ha, they must have faked it for you."

"What should we do then?"

Huo Yunshen wondered if he should urge them to sleep again.

"Leave them alone. They will go to sleep when they are done."

Jing Xi cuddled her husband and closed her eyes.
