Bab 151: It's you, not me

"He wants to see you, Ira," Tara said in a hurry and closed the door. After the surgery, the first thing Vivan asked for was to see his wife. He got restless because he had seen her faint before him.

They had transferred him from OT to adjoining ward a while ago.

As soon as Tara left Ira dashed to his ward but hesitated when she stood at the door. She closed her eyes and gasped a few breaths forcing herself to calm down. "Vivan needs me now. I won't wallow in guilt." She tried to comfort herself.

She wiped out the tears and forced back the ones welled in her eyes. She adjusted herself to her normal state and then pushed the door to enter the ward.

The last thing she saw before losing her conscious was his assuring smile. And the first thing she saw when entered the ward was Vivan's cheerful smile. At that time, flesh in his right leg was burst opened, splashing blood everywhere. His expression said he was fine even when the paramedics were treating him.
