Bab 142: evil woman

Now, Ira was furious. She stood up, clenched her fist and went to her bedroom without looking back.

"Ira..why do you care more about other people? Why?" he said in a gruff voice. He was like a wounded lion, roaring low.

Since his marriage, he would drink many times. Every time he did, he would have to sleep in the study.

Ira hated the alcoholic stench. Even when he drank a few glasses, he would sleep in study.

Ira would distance herself. She would care the least even if he got dead drunk.

"Sorry.." he said, but she was long gone.

He felt guilty. Did I drink a lot? He couldn't even walk properly.

He did not wish to trouble his pregnant wife, so he slept on the couch.

Ira thought the man was throwing a tantrum.

She did not sleep! She was waiting! After a while, she went downstairs to check on him. The man was snoring. Her mood went black when she saw him sleeping untroubled.
