Bab 118: Manipulator

Her whimpers turned into sobs, which then turned into a bawl as she started weeping in her sleep.

They saw her desperate struggle. The woman shook her head sideways as if resisting against something. Traumatized by the struggle, she had nightmares as fright fluttered in her chest.

"No...No..please..."

"Ah_" A stifled scream in a hoarse voice echoed through the room. Her limbs trembled, convulsing violently.

Not being able to see her cry anymore, an officer pressed the bell on the bedside.

Soon, a doctor and nurses entered the ward.

"She is not in a condition to talk. Can you leave her in peace for some time? She needs rest urgently." The nurse felt pity watching the young girl shake in terror. The hospital gown had slid down from one shoulder. Purple blue bruises marked her skin. The wounds on her made her feel even worse, and she mentally cursed the person who had rendered the poor girl in such a situation.

She injected her a sedative.
