"Don't let your imagination run wild." An Lan ruffled his hair. "If I wanted to have anything with Mr. Xiao, I wouldn't wait till today. He's not my type."

"Then what's your type?" Xu Baohan raised an eyebrow as he looked at her, his crimson lips curling up slightly.

An Lan was secretly amused by his "naivety". He clearly knew her type, yet he still insisted on asking. "I like men like you."

"Good." Xu Baohan's pupils contracted slightly as he pulled her to sit on his lap. "I'm not used to you being away for so long."

"You have to get used to it. I used to travel a lot for work, but now I rarely do it." An Lan smiled as she found a comfortable spot on his chest. "As for you, I'll be away for five days. Don't go around looking for other women."

"Where am I supposed to do that?" Xu Baohan sighed. "There are a lot of things to do in the court."
