Bab 568: The Dilemma

"Where are they?", Ningtao rushed through the doors worriedly, Songyan following behind her, her gaze just as tense.

"On the roof. Drinking.", Cheng Tai breathed out a sigh of relief as the women approached her.

While Su Rogguang, Zhi Bo, and Zhi Al were out there, throwing themselves into work, putting out fires, brushing off the thoughts that threatened to consume them; Zhi Xi, Lu Wei, and Mo Zixuan were too stressed to even consider distracting themselves. The news of their Kiddo's abortion had shaken the Six Tigers to their core, each man feeling as though something inside him was breaking apart, piece by piece.

The last time, during the train incident, the men had found the advantage in investigating the attack, building their empires to place at her feet when she finally opened her eyes. But today, when they had the power to do so, she wasn't there with them. Ironic, huh?
