Bab 320: I love you, husband

The day after the meeting with Luo Yin, Kai Xin was sleeping when she heard someone unlocking the door.

Sitting up, it took her a moment before her eyes adjusted to the lack of lighting in the room. Relying on the brightness of the moon, she squinted her eyes at the figure that was walking into the bedroom.

"DX?"

She called out, unsure whether she was seeing wrong.

He switched on the light and adjusted it to dim so that it would not hurt her eyes. After that, he placed his bags aside before climbing onto the bed with her.

"My little minx…" said DX as he cupped her face. Before she could say anything else, he kissed her in the lips. One of his hand was placed on her belly as if he was greeting the baby inside.

"You are back early! I thought you'd only be back at the end of the week!"

"Well, I heard that my woman got into a fight. Obviously, I have to come back immediately…"

She winced, "I'm sorry…"
