An Jiaying wasn't as enthusiastic. She didn't know why, but there was something about Sound of Dawn that didn't sat well with An Jiaying's mind.
She felt deadly eyes on her as Sound of Dawn sang. The music was suppose to make her comfortable, but she only felt dread creep up to her skin.
When An Jiaying was searching for the source, her eyes accidentally met the eyes of the woman playing the guzheng.
Sound of Dawn's cold eyes were onto her the whole time.
"My, that was a wonderful performance, Sound of Dawn." The woman in red joined Sound of Dawn in the stage. "Tell me the truth, is the song based on real life experience?"
Sound of Dawn chuckled lightly. "It's the story of my good friend." She admitted. "A real tragic story but with a somewhat happy ending."
"I see." The woman in red solemnly nodded. "Well, Zhu Dinghong Pavilion is really thankful for your presence."
Two chapters a day! *gasp*
Midterms exams + college entrance exams just passed. And I tell you, it was not a breeze!
For four days straight I had a massive headache and panic attacks because I was so stressed out! I almost slept too at the last test (and it was a major subject). Thankfully, it’s over.
Though I’m positive that I may have fluke this one (as well as the college entrance exam *sigh*). “Tamang hula lang”, as many of us in the class say. My answers are mostly guesses.
