 The manual was the SIC's specially dedicated manual. Inside, it described the range of missions that the SIC performs, simple rules and regulations, as well as the divisions of martial prowess.

 There was a simple description at the start. The evaluation system was set up by a specialist of the SIC after going through various scientific methods.

 The division is separated into 7 ranks and 21 grades.

 The highest rank was S, and following it was A, B, C, D, E, F.

 In simpler terms, three grades were one rank.

 For example, in B rank there were grades of B+, B, and B-. B+ was higher than B, and B was higher than B-.
