Steve might not have been able to keep up with Helena's actions if it had not been for the Heart of the Universe's predicting them beforehand.

At that moment, Helena suddenly appeared behind Steve, holding a dagger and slicing directly toward his neck. Steve responded immediately, his right hand reaching out to catch Helena's hand.

However, Helena's petite figure actually completed an almost impossible 180-degree turn in mid-air, causing the dagger that had been poised to attack Steve to change direction.
