Bab 1257: Mei Feng's Ending (22)

Mei Feng took a step back, completely unnerved by Shen Zihao's declaration.

She looked at him with an expression of shock and disbelief.

She gulped and slowly said, "Zihao, you- you—"

"Take her away."

A housekeeper appeared at Shen Zihao's instruction. "This way please," she ushered the stunned woman.

Before Mei Feng could say another word, Shen Zihao had turned and walked back into the house, with his back to her. She opened her mouth but eventually shut it again without saying anything.

She took in a deep breath and then went home to the Shen family residence.

But the moment she arrived home, she saw the housekeepers filing out of the house, one at a time.

Mei Feng was shocked and dashed up to them, asking, "What are you people doing? Did I ask you to leave?"

The housekeepers did not look at her. They instead walked around her and continued to leave.
