Bab 5: Approximate information about the game
[Ding! According to the collected statistic, there is 90% possibility that it will be Survival-type game. Moreover 60% that it will be ordinary forest, 30% - tropical forest and 10% - desert.]
[So host, system recommends to prepare yourself for survival inside the forest.]
Hearing recommendation of system, Stephen fell into deep thoughts. He tried to the best of his abilities to remember all kind of information related to survival within the wild.
There were a lot of different interesting TV shows about survival in different environments, so if person have good memory and watched those shows at least once, he should be able to remember some basic and useful things from it.
Of course Stephen is also one of those people. He really loved those kind of shows. He found it a little amusing how others struggled in the wild. But he never thought he will have a chance to experience such situation personally.
Thinking a few minutes about the forest, Stephen asked.
"System, what about wild beasts inside the forest? And how long it will last?".
It was very important question for Stephen. Depending on an answer he will have to build different strategies for his survival. If his enemies will be ordinary animals, it shouldn't be much of problem to hunt them down. But if there will be some kind of mutated or magical beasts, then he wouldn't stand a chance against them. At least not now.
That's why Stephen needs to know this information, so that he could prepare better plan for the 1st game. It will be hunting ordinary animals or running for his life from mutated or some kind of magical beasts.
[Ding! According to all previous games, it should be ordinary forest animals like rabbits, deers, wild boars, foxes, wolfs, bears, etc.]
[In addition, there should be some kind of mutated beast acting as a BOSS monster. It will guard the treasure chest. So basically, if host won't provoke it on purpose, you won't have to clash with it.]
[Of course, if possible, I recommend for the host to attempt killing a BOSS. It will not only give a lot of exp, game points and higher clearing evaluation. Host also will get reward from the treasure chest which is very important in early stages of the game.]
[It will definitely greatly improve your chances of a future survival]
[As for duration, it should be from 7 to 10 days]
After Stephen heard all of this, he finally remembered where he is and what is his purpose. He does not only need to survive, he must become the strongest, so that he could fulfill his wish.
Stephen never thought that it's easy to become a God. Or that he is some kind of main character from a novel, who easily gets everything he needs with heaven defying bullshit luck.
It's probably opposite. He suddenly remembered his luck stat and heavily sighed.
'Will I even survive the first day with my curse?' thought Stephen.
"By the way system, is there some kind of solution for my curse?", hopefully asked Stephen.
"Because if I could not solve it, I don't think that I will make it past the 1st game."
Tint of desperation was heard in his voice.
[Ding! Sorry host, but answer is negative. To even weaken your curse a little, you need at least 10k game points. So host is pretty far from relieving your bad luck curse.]
[But host should not despair. Although you won't get some lucky encounter with a mythical relics like overpowered protagonist. I don't think it will be so bad to the point of an unlucky death.]
[Not to mention that according to my understanding toward 'Game of New Gods', there shouldn't be extremely dangerous situations at this stage of the game.]
[At least not until you reach next realm. By the way, it is called Exceed realm.], system tried to reassure its host.
"Haa", sighed disappointed Stephen.
Though he already expected such result, nevertheless it was not very pleasant to hear such answer. But he was glad to hear, that at least he will not die because of bad luck. Probably…
Not paying more attention to this problem, Stephen said.
"I need to speed up pace. System, show me the shop."
When he said this, new window appeared in front of his eyes.
