Bab 3: Uuu, too Cute
Yawn~
The little black wolf on Anubis's bed opened his jaws wide as he yawned. He blinked a couple of times while looking at his surroundings.
He appears to be inside a brightly lit room that had nearly blinded him. After adjusting his eyes he saw a couple of wooden shelves that hung onto white marble walls, which were filled with neatly placed books and scrolls. He then turned his round glossy violet eyes towards a mountain of silvery gray fur at the base of the bed. Stacks of books that looked like tomes were placed next to the fur, while the ones on the top of the stack seemingly floated downwards and disappeared behind the fur.
"?!"
[Ding!] | Rise and shine!...Hey, wake that sister of yours up, sleeping time is over. I don't want to wait any longer. |
"Hm? Oh, ok" The black cub was staring at the tomes that vanished from his sight as they flew towards the gray fur, but when he heard the system's voice, turned his gaze to the white cub snoring beside him with a line of clear drool on her jaws.
"Sis, get u~p.....He~y.....Waky, wak~y!"
"Shush, can't a girl get her beauty sleep?" The white wolf cub's eyelids slightly twitched as her long eylashes fluttered opened to uncover beautiful purple crystal-like irises.
The black wolf cup helplessly replied back as he wiped away the trail of drool on his sisters jaw. "System-san said to wake you up, I had no choice. I also wanted to check out that thing over there together, how could I possibly not wake you up?" He then stood up on his short little legs as he urged the white wolf cub to get up.
"Are you talking about that block of fur?" She knew the answer but still asked as she noticed the gray fur at the end of the bed that they were currently on.
The black wolf nodded his head and then struggled to move foward as his legs were too short, stummbling a few times when walking towards the end of the bed. His sister followed and also tripped on her legs, trying to catch up.
"These legs are so hard to control-oof!" She retorted and fell down once more as her legs twisted around each other, which resulted in pushing the black wolf cub in front of her off the edge of the bed.
The little black wolf panicked as he squirmed in the air. He was not afraid of the fall but more so on the fact that the distance from him and his sister is furthering. His sister was also panicking and flung her small white body off the bed. The two end up landing onto the fur next to the bed as they sunk into the softness of it.
"Hn?!" A huge head shot up then turned to face his back. what he saw made his mind go blank.
On his back were a pair of cubs, one black the other white. The two round balls were trying to get up and run towards the other, but kept tripping and roling on his back.
The young gray wolf could not help thinking, 'Uuu, too cute.'(/≧▽≦)/

WillowWolf So very sorry for the delay, even though I said I was going to update at least one chapter once a week. A month has past since the last chapter...and there are less than 1000 words on this chapter.ヽ(*。>Д<)o゜

-Writers block
-Irresponsibility
But after re-reading the first two chapters and the comments, I have decided to start writing more often.
