The Essence Avatar emanated energies and the whole world shakes and trembles

In Pandemonium, he is still concentrating, extracting the energy from his body. 

Of course, if this is documented it might seem easy. Words are easy. Action is not.

And that is how it feels when doing this. It is like you are ripping something that is a part of you. Like cutting the limbs of your organ
