Bab 246: Monster

"What is happening to him?" Kace murmured as he watched Montana slaughter the demons in the field. Just earlier, he was dying from one level six; right now, he was even flicking level sevens to death. He looked down at his magic meter reader, showing him terrifying levels of a level nine power nearby. The hunter then lifted his eyes back at Montana's figure. "This can't be… he can't be possessed by a wrath demon, can he be?"

Madison kept on typing and deleting on his translator, hoping to find the best words to actually say. Even he was frightened by the kind of aura they could feel from Montana. However, the man didn't seem to be losing control. Actually, it was clear to Madison and Kace that Montana only started acting strangely after the cane got in his possession. The other hunter turned to Kace.

In sign language, he spoke: "We won't be able to do it now. We will die before we can."
