Bab 224: Kris

Kris was having a dream about his childhood. He was about four or five years old, he couldn't exactly remember. He was playing with the other kids in his neighbourhood. He didn't even remember what kind of a game it was.

Just some kids playing with a ball. They were playing by the river and as you might have guessed an incident happened. Not a big accident though. Just something very simple. The ball dropped into the river.

Kris grabbed a branch and stood on the river bank trying to catch the ball but his foot slipped and fell in the river. He didn't know how to swim. He was drowning. While he was flailing in the water he could hear the other kids screaming.

It was funny how he couldn't even remember their faces. However the next part he remembered clearly. A high schooler who was going home saw him drowning and jumped into the river without a second thought and saved him from drowning.
