Bab 2475: Interference In The Sect

Isabella stared into the distance with a complicated gaze in her eyes.

She didn't want to offend the Earth Dragon Clan, and neither did Shirley want to offend the Fire Phoenix Clan. But if the other party was so vehement in wanting them, even trying to separate from their husband and kill him, then it goes without saying that they would do anything in their power to destroy them.

It was just she really didn't wish for the outcome to turn out this way, as that would mean killing her benefactor's descendants. Even if she had her reasons, it goes without saying that it would be ungrateful of her, but more than anything, it would mean that she went back on her words which would affect her heart and determination that shapes her Will.

To Isabella, who was prideful and principled, she didn't wish to be dishonorable.
