Huang He rejected that idea.

He told Tian Danyue that in order to save himself, he had to rescue a hostage. Since he did not commit any crime and was on friendly terms with Bai Muchuan, the police did not restrict him much. Thus, he got to enjoy a small amount of freedom.

Nonetheless, leaving the hospital was not possible at the moment. He had to cooperate with the police in the investigations. Although all medical insurance and necessities were available for his disposal, the police did not allow him to meet anyone casually since they would make multiple trips to his ward several times a day to inquire about the case.

Under such circumstances, it was definitely not convenient for Tian Danyue to appear.
