They could postpone saving thirteen cities at the moment because these places had many of the three clans' Tier 5 players—meaning these cities were not an immediate threat. The other eleven cities, though, had weaker members that had a lot of Honor Points under their belt—a total of over 5700 Honor Points. Qin Ruo and his friends needed to save them fast or else thousands of Honor Points would be lost.
