Old Master Su nodded his head in satisfaction before replying compassionately, "As a father, the thought of my daughter becoming part of someone else's family has my heart going empty. I start to think about all sorts of things, and even though I know you guys well, I still can't help but feel uneasy. Even if it's just an engagement, it still feels as if the daughter isn't mine any longer."

Shi Ze smiled. "The trend right now is for men to take care of their wives like daughters. I will dote on Qian Xun the same way."
