Bab 106: Don't Let Go

Hugh called Clarence but the latter was busy on his way to the wedding venue. A storm was broadcast ahead by the weather bureau and the venue would be one of the affected areas. So, Hugh could not ask Clarence right now. He decided to wait for his other cousins to finish their fittings. He sat at the cozy divan beside the door.

The door opened, the bell hanging on it rang. Sheila came in and saw Hugh was the only available person near the doorway. "Is Miss Beauty Ferol inside?" She asked him.

Hugh turned his head to the direction of the voice and saw the woman he only saw once in person, the face he painted on a canvas, and the lady he tried to meet for years. And here she was, standing in front of him, but he only sat there silent, as if he became mute.
