Bab 403: Desert Wings

Shaji Town.

Four men sat in silence in a room. A patterned goatskin sheet was spread out before them.

"Are we nowhere near subduing the Desert Wings? After spending half a year and most of our manpower and resources looking for the legendary Desert Wings, as described in the Lotian scriptures, we've finally found it, and still, we're forced to hide from it every day out here in the desert... I've had enough of this! I'm sick of this accursed desert! When will the Desert Wings be ours?" grumbled a wizened old man in a blue robe.

"Patience. According to the information I've received, the Desert Wings seems to have finally let down their guard. They're now coming to take a look at us."

"What for?" said the old man in the blue robe, frowning.
