Bab 239: Lost Meaning

Sat on the bus on the way home, Zhao Zilin was slouched sitting against the window, watching the blurred scenery outside the window. 

It had been almost two months since she had taken on another case. Even if it was a small case, Zhuang Wentian wasn't willing to give it to her. She was back to being idle every day, doing nothing.

Zhao Zilin felt very empty, very helpless and very lost. All her negative emotions were lingering in her heart every day, so that she felt that she was living in vain.

Just eating and sleeping every day, she felt useless.

Once upon a time she had a good plan for her future, she was full of confidence for her future. She believed that with the knowledge she had learned abroad, coupled with her hard work ethic, after she returned to China, she could carve out her own place.
