"You people of Intentionless Sect can't even fend for yourself. It looks like you don't have a choice anyway," Mo Wen said serenely. He had never imagined that a sect which had been independent for hundreds of years would immediately reject him. It felt too unreal.

Even though they wanted to protect the Ming Clan's influence and had the intention of rebuilding the Ming Clan to its former glory, they treated the acknowledgment of him as the Supreme Sect Leader as an entirely different case altogether.

"You are actually right. It is possible that Intentionless Sect would not exist anymore. Indeed, we do not have a choice. But you coming over to Intentionless Sect at such a time seems a little meaningless." Chen Zikuang laughed bitterly. He did not think much of the aspirations of rebuilding the Ming Clan. Currently, the entire sect had been wiped out including its roots. Essentially nothing existed anymore.
