Ririna's head went back under the scalding hot water, and she once again held her breath until she felt she was suffocating and in need of air. She was about to give up and open her mouth, but he pulled her head back for the second time.

His hand roughly pulled her closer.

"Do you know that the bounty game has already ended?" he asked. "Your husband has deployed a team to annihilate those who participated in the event. Ah, what a cruel man he is."

She remembered then that Eli sent Aoi on a Rank-A mission. How did he manage to compile the list of those who wanted her dead? He didn't waste any time tracking them down and killing them.
