Bab 30: The Rumor

Cole sipped the drink as he sat silently in a tavern. His eyes were unfocused as if he were thinking of something blankly, in utter confusion.

Just when did that person figure out who the masked man was? It must be the time when he kissed the other man for the first time, right?

Then why did Oliver continue to indulge him in such behavior?

Cole seemed to have an answer to this question if he thought about it carefully, but he didn't dare to venture into that area. That was how his current confused state formed.

He didn't want to believe Oliver really did have such feelings for him. He couldn't.

If he did, what about his hatred? What about the spark of revenge?

Cole's unfocused eyes glanced at the drink as he silently took another sip. Just then, he heard someone muttering a familiar name.

"Say what?! It was Oliver?! You have got to be kidding me!" The man behind Cole spoke in surprise. "You're going to die if you say it out loud!"
