Reverend Insanity reader transmigrates as Gu Yue Chi Yan shortly before the Awakening Ceremony. He soon shockingly finds out that it's a slightly different world than he knows from the novel - the grandson of Elder Gu Yue Chi Lian is not Chi Cheng with a C-grade aptitude, but it's someone called Chi Yan, having the Ten Extreme Aptitude - the Blazing Glory Lightning Brilliance Physique!
Shocked by this discovery, Chi Yan does his best to adapt to the new world, trying to survive and become a powerful existance.
However, just how should he deal with Fang Yuan?

I reccomend people to at least read 14 chapters if they don't like the *direction* of the story. I guess I don't want to give spoilers.

It's very good, I really liked it, I just don't like two things: the lack of update stability and the lack of description in the heroines, I don't even know the color of their hair and eyes lol
ah I still remember reading this fan fic it was my first RI fan fic and still I think the best that read i still remember waiting for this fan fic chapters and even after author dropped it i still continued to support giving power stones everyday every time I could gradually i gave up , because even after a few months no update was there it is still in my library and i still has a little hope that it would be back one day , that it would start updating again this fan fic have a special place in my heart and I must say thank you author for writing this fan fic , i hope one day maybe you will be back and continue this

It's been a long time since I came across a good RI fic. Author does justice to the fic and doesn't drag the events. Thanks for the amazing work, Author-san!
Promising start. Rare to find a decent RI fanfic but I like the way the part with FY was handled. Fairly unique and it feels in line with the spirit of the original up to this point. A lot of fanfics falter at doing that over a longer period of time, however, so it'll be a challenge that this one may not succeed at. Even so, a promising beginning. Things I'd like to see more of: - the MC's motivations/goals beyond getting stronger (eg. his thoughts on the righteous/demonic philosophy, Ren Zu stories, thoughts on growing his harem, does he intend to keep many girls as trusted companions or just tools he readily discards, any other hobbies he might explore in the gu world, etc) - Fang Yuan so far hasn't sensed anything fishy about the MC. Might be believable in the short term but will have to be addressed at some point, and I hope the author will be able to do justice to Fang Yuan's character when that time comes in terms of the challenge the MC faces (imo, the biggest challenge of any RI fanfic is having the original to match up to).
The story looks really promising and interesting. I haven't really read Reverender Insanity yet, but the author looks knowledgeable about it. So, the technical and logical part behind the novel is backed up. Also, the MC has ambition and guts to achieve his ambition. So that's a plus.
This is thee best RI fan fic that I've read even though there are only 54 chapters and has been dropped I would still recommend you give it a read.

Dear Jaed21 (Author sir) My short review~ I really like this fic a lot, especially Chi Yan, so please don't drop it OK? My Long review ~ I must say, your fanfic is like a Gu in my life, and the thought of it not continuing would be like witnessing a fierce battle between Fang Yuan and a giant ancient beast – utterly heart-wrenching! But, fear not, I come with a playful warning. If you ever decide to drop your magnificent creation, I'll have no choice but to channel my inner Fang Yuan and declare myself your sworn enemy. No more plot armor, no more cheats for you!. So please don't drop this like you did with your Re: zero / fate ......... plz
