you could also allow for him to break his soul in small pieces like someone of not awakner or like f level hunter and this small piece of soul will grow naturally or can be speed up with his mana or runniation or primordial essence or like natural treasures to his current level of soul. ofcourse making of this small peice of soul from the original one shouldn't harm in any way. and once this soul reaches to his current level. he could use E.O.R to merge it to his bigger whole or break it again so they can grow up to the same level again. for example his original souls is 100 he breaks a little peice of 1 out of 100. his total soul still is 100 because its in his soul space or whatever but the 1 soul out of hundred has the ability to reach original level of 100 upon maturity. then use E.O.R and break it up again let's say in 100 prices this time each peice been 1 of the second soul and original soul still been 99. he could use 1 peice out of 100 of the second soul to merge it back to original thus been back to been full. rest he can mature or use as he wish. and once all the 99 pieces of the second part of his original soul mature to 100% he can again use E.O.R to merge all of 100 peice into his original soul where half of it will improve his quality and other its quantity.
you should use fertility for this base. what i mean is more people that is under noha fertility and gain percentage of his power more his soul will grow. or more importantly have the potential to grow. and once he has that growth in soul it shouldn't get undone in case when people die foe has sworn fertility to him. and stronger the people under him stronger the feed back. make it a infinite loop with infinite empire as well.
