If I hadn’t nerfed him he would have the Phoenix force and just destroyed the entire world, Namor the same guy that threw a WWII destroyer ship with one arm, guy would’ve destroyed all of skypiea with one punch, so yeah he’s nerfed but still has all of his powers like his immunity to temperatures and the ability to absorb energy such as lightning, light etc
