Witcher armor is similar to Madaras' it's only lacking protection for the neckline. Have whoever made Geralts' armor make his just add neckline protection.

Should have MC trick Sasuke into learning fuinjutsu, genjutsu, Uchiha style taijutsu, shurikenjutsu, kenjutsu, chakra control and summoning jutsu: cat, crow and hawk if the Uchiha have them. Also build an immunity to poisons.

He should focus on learning different techniques and shinobi knowledge. First from the academy then from the Uchiha and finally from Orochimaru. Write books for stable income and then increase chakra amount sporadically.
