The idea behind using that kind of accent is that a noble, who speaks normally, will join the crew. As a result, they will all have daily grammar classes and eventually be able to speak properly. Think of it as a form of character development. So yes, later on, they will stop speaking that way.

It's kind of a gray area. At the start, he's a mix of a hero and an anti-hero, but as the story goes on, he exhibits more qualities of a villain. Especially in the Soul Realm, he's going to be a menace.
