For a 10-star Private Housing, every 24 hours, players could accumulate 50% Triple EXP, up to a maximum of 3 Level's worth of Triple EXP. In addition, players would also receive a Vigor Increased buff, increasing all Attributes by 10% for 4 hours.

I'm not too sure either, but Guild players spend a lot of time doing stuff in the Guild Residence for resting, chatting, and that type of stuff so it somewhat accumulates. Maybe it accumulates while they are offline as well
Normally, when Guild members rested within the Guild Residence's Guild Lounge for 48 hours, they could accumulate 20% Double EXP, and they could accumulate up to one Level's worth of Double EXP. In the case of a private room, however, players only needed to rest for 24 hours in order to accumulate 20% Double EXP, and they could likewise accumulate up to one Level's worth of Double EXP. Although the maximum capacity of the buff was the same, the accumulation speed inside a private room was double that of the Guild Lounge.

Feng leveled up over twenty times with all of the EXP he got resulting from killing opponents who were 31 levels higher than him, reaching Level 41. Since he could kill all of the monsters easily even at Level 19 and level up quickly, Feng started leveling up Flame Burst. He only stopped when he dropped to Level 19 again. Meanwhile, Flame Burst had reached Tier 1 Level 8.

LOLOLOLOLOLOL Technically this chapter was already written and out before you posted that comment since I had posted it on my Patreon. I originally wanted to give a bit of backstory on the entire thing, but then a few more things occurred to me and I decided to put it all at once in a big infodump. When I was at around half the chapter, I realized how much I was yapping and thought that maybe I should fix it, but then thought "How far can I actually take it to in one chapter?" Then I started writing the entire thing in one, even coming up with more info to write and moving some things that I had planned to talk about later out of genuine curiosity to see what would become of the chapter. In the end, around 90% of it turned into an infodump. Hopefully I won't do that ever again
Of Feng's God's Domain, yes, it's one of the Ten Saint Legacies, and why it's so strong. But there are other powerful Legacies out in the Greater God's Domain.
Moreover, although the Blade Saint was an Ancient God who had strength comparable to Primordial Gods, and the Blade Saint Legacy could be considered to be at the bottom of Top tier Legacies, the Atrocity's Legacy was still of a higher grade than the Blade Saint Legacy.

Note: I might change some things and come up with new ways of how things work in my fanfic that are different from the original novel, as well as ignore some things said in it and the Side Story continuation.
