I jumped to the right and dodged the attack from the high orcs as I stabbed his heart killing him after the I ran forward and ducked as an orc aiming for my head. And going near the orc I jumped before he had the chance and cut off his head.

Not really, Parry is an act of redirecting an attack to not hit your body, it involes no attack in its process of redirecting. Counter is basically either dodging or parrying and then following up with an attack.
