That means they still get updates to 10 chapters backwards updates that’s why it’s called privilege chapters for the privileged that are so curious that the simply can’t sit around for an update. For example; you release chapter 38 while for those that are privileged are in chapter 48 and when you release 39 those who paid for privileges will get 49. Right now it’s like you wrote a very good novel and locked it against those who don’t have the money to pay for 10 chapters or so into the future. If that’s how you want it though it’s your book, your rules. But you should also check books written by other authors on WebNovel that’s how it’s always been. If you still decide you want to keep it that way it’s fine but we that have the means to pay for your novel won’t be able to read your work anymore and you might end up getting few popularity than intended for you to get more profits and advantages for your book.
