Mc is getting more dumper by each chapter, and it seems like the author is against him evolving. Worse, he keeps on getting nerfed.

Good job repeating exactly what was written on the previous chapter, it helps readers refresh their minds on what they've already read, because they can't go back and read the chapter again, why would they? If the following chapter is exactly the same as the previous one.

Why do you even have to copy another person's skills/techniques? How will he even have pride of a powerhouse with merely copied skills of other people and not his own skills that he acquired through battles and effort? Why do authors write such things? The system is already spoon feeding him power, but no, that's not enough, he even copies skills.
