I saw this way earlier, days upon days ago, but suddenly remembered it while showering. allow me to answer this, finally. - the conditions to summon a Servant is strict. to maximize the result, you need to consider things like a Master with rich Magic Circuits, a Servant with a specific Class, then the mental synergy between Master and Servant of philosophy of combat or support. another thought that doesn't have much use in Fuyuki is the idea of home turf advantage, meaning their stats are amped by both location & popularity. the Fuyuki Grail War isn't supposed to be allowed to summon Japanese Heroic Spirits, explicitly intending to remain Western. (even though this gets ignored) | now here is my idea of a Perfect Servant: Saber Artoria being summoned by Illyasviel in Britain, given her Avalon Noble Phantasm. Avalon is a hidden NP for Artoria, because Avalon has been lost from her unless it is handed back to her. Artoria is the Once & Future King of Britain, one of the most famous heroes ever, so she'd get a massive stats bonus. tie her in with a Master who has 70% of her Body constantly generating Mana, then you have a Perfect Servant. | another idea would be if Illyasviel simply didn't hammer Mad Enhancement so heavily onto Berserker, to the point he had less intelligence than a stray dog. Heracles fits the Berserker Class better than any other character in the world, but it was by Illyasviel's temper that she snuffed out his intelligence by amplifying his Madness. if he had self-awareness, he would become much more capable, even if he didn't regain his locked NPs or get any home turf advantages.
