All i remember about MHA is that the majority of the quirks there are absolute ∆§§, only the Side characters have good ones and even then it's the MC's who have the cream of the crop.
Takano Naoki was a blonde-haired girl with pink highlights and fluffy eyelashes. Her Quirk, Unmovable, allowed her to plant herself wherever she chose like a tree. Naoki's ability essentially made her into an unmovable object.
