therapy isn't really all that good for most people, people have been dealing with life for a very long time and they did it well. Therapy can work great for some people but it's mostly an asthetic now. People think going into therapy will solve their problems or makes them better ,when its mostly someone who doesn't care about you getting paid hourly to make sure you keep coming back. Your first choice should always be yourself and self-reflection really works.
"No offense doc, but for me, unless you're a main character of a movie or a series, therapy isn't actually useful for you. It's a waste of time." I replied honestly.
