Yay Queen!!!
Rode clutched the paper contract and felt the disbelief closing in on her. The problem, the issue she was worried about was gone. It took a moment and now she was free.

when u are writing, do you after have the smaller scenes planned out? I have the story line and main events planned but the story itself I have just been winging it, letting it flow. but sometimes it has get tiring knowing I have to create dialogue etc . but then again everything feels tiring. lol. I am just worried I am going to either run out of ideas or get stuck or duplicate or mix up info. I would take notes on what wrote, like names or facts that I create on the spot etc. so I don't have to go back and reread. I also have to figure out where to fit on the big scenes. I am still early in the story but I just worry about down the line. ugh. If u have any tips they would be great appreciated. if not, no biggie, that's why I am finishing first so I can always fix things or move things if needed.😊 I just finished two chapters, atleast.
I really hope she snaps back into her place and sees the truth about Ace. before it's too late
On any given day Maddie could be seen pottering around the main pack house, packing up things to move to the new pack house, or outside gathering flowers, with the pups, that she would later arrange into vases with them, or creating flower crowns for the little girls. Maddie worked hard to build up her new persona, that of a doting Luna, she even went as far as to take on some of the traditional Luna roles in an attempt to show Dave how much she really wanted this. The pack members couldn't help but notice the changes taking place in their soon to be Luna. Gone was the Queen Bee vibe she had treasured in the past, gone was the need to be the centre of attention. Gone was the desire to be the best dressed, most dolled up, barbie of the pack. They were starting to see a different side to Maddie, and they were all pleasantly surprised by her willingness to get her hands dirty. The newest members had told the others about what she had been like in the camp, how she had walked around as if her shit don't stink, refusing to be of any use what-so-ever. People were beginning to believe she truly wanted to be a good Luna to her pack. Dave watched over Maddie more than he cared to admit, even to himself, but he was delighted in the steps she had made to better herself in the eyes of the pack, he was also floating on cloud nine when it came to their relationship. They may not have marked one another yet, but they had started spending their alone doing more than talking. Dave had loved their talks, he had enjoyed getting to know his mate, but this new phase of their relationship was something he hadn't allowed himself to dream about. The tension between them was electric, and the more time they spent alone in their room together, the harder it had become to keep their hands to themselves.

but I knew it, I me eventually she would cave I was just wrong about her being sincere, I thought she was playing a party. so now I actually feel bad that she is delusional again lol, where she did actually care about Dave. Sigh!! she needs her wolf to yell at her. or the moon goddess to set her straight!
Hmmm, I wonder if I could convince Dave to have Jack release my father, maybe ask him to have him transferred here and then I can tell them both what I am doing to get them out of there. Once Ace knows he has not lost me I am sure he will be relieved, and more patient about his escape. He has to understand that this is a delicate situation and will take time to orchestrate. I wish I could go shopping, I desperately need some new clothes, the clothes I have now are freaking hand me downs, but I need to play the part, I need to seem amiable for this to work. I also need to get Dave to give in to the bond enough to want to sleep with me. So far we have avoided too much intimacy, but perhaps if I show a willingness to be involved in the pack and pack life rather than just talking about it we can progress…..

mate
Dave and Daisy have found a way to share our gift with others, I think it is amazing. I am sure the Moon Goddess planted that parchment somehow, she told me, when we met, that she would give us a way to spread the gift, that it was always a part of her plan, maybe, just maybe, we have proved to her that it is a gift she can trust us with, maybe she knows she can trust our judgement when it comes to passing the gift along. Daisy also filled me in on how they were going to do it, which Jack thought was a genius idea. He readily offered some of our guards to help them keep Twin Lakes secure while the members received their gifts from the Moon Goddess. I think it is sad that we are having to resort to this to determine if Twin Lakes members can be trusted. But from experience, I know that not everyone over there can be, there are some who still blindly follow Ace, even though he is imprisoned.

I am hoping that he actually got some men from Cassie's pack to help guard while they are busy. even though he said there weren't, he should have set up some hidden guards!! esp the dungeon!
"Now," Dave spoke again once the Daisy had returned to his side, the goblet full to the brim of his pack members blood. "I would like to call forward the people that were rescued from the mountains a couple of weeks ago please." There is a slight commotion as they make their way forward to stand directly in front of Dave, Daisy and Joe. "I know you have suffered, just as many others here have suffered, I want you to know, you are welcome here, you have a home here," a cough from the crowd indicates that at least one person disagrees with their Alpha's words, but Daisy steps up beside Dave and rests her hand on his shoulder, showing the pack that she stands behind him, and Joe does the same thing silently showing unity within the ranks. "We may never know the truth or depth of your real experience but please know, help will be provided to those who request it. If you will please step up onto the deck with me, we will begin your initiation into Twin Lakes Pack." The rogues all create a neat queue and make their way up the steps, before forming a semi-circle around Dave. "Very good, ok, since this is my first initiation you will have to bear with me, I may stumble over the wording a little. I have been practising though." A few people in the crowd chuckle at my honesty. Daisy slips away to gather the guards for the last bit of the ceremony while Dave speaks to the rogues.

exactly, it's not get sister's fault that she was talented and had more confidence. if she was now different and out going, things would be different.
"I can't believe that such a thing is even possible, surrogacy, transferring the essence of one child to another. What kind of world are we living in? Who gives these people such ideas? Why does magic even exist in the first place if it's being used for evil?" Grandma Mayfair asked, trembling. "Not only is what Mackie did unthinkable but it's also demonic. This stupid girl, instead of bettering herself and her strengthening her mind, she chose to hate her sister who was simply living her life. And the sister, she was busy pouring love on the one that was killing her children."

first I thought they don't like to admit they are wrong. but now it seems someone is behind it all. maybe she's suspected to be related to the prophecy, especially now that she's caused some problems.
"You mean to say that even though you aren't accused now, they are not giving you freedom. Why do you think this is?"
