from what I remember, I don't know if it was fully explained in one of the side stories but it implied the Uchiha eye Kakashi got stunted his growth as it always drain his Chakra and he still got to borderline s rank so he pretty much a freak.

bullshit this is great it might not be the highest level it's still a great start and foundation to build from you got the talent so use it good author.
I'm not exactly good at writing, but I enjoy it a lot. A few months ago I tried to write an original novel and while I was excited by the idea, I soon realized how complicated it could be.
