NO! like those who really rule the world, men adsurdly RiCH. this is a copy/variation of a badly translated original story, the objective of this version is to give more development to the characters, remove the unbearable pro chinese style, westernize it and sell it cheaply, besides modifying aspects of the plot such as the business deals that are made, the poorly done romantic plot, etc.
