So .... as this is an Au i thought of several ways for the mc to gain powers "Outside" the mha universe now that i know that he hasn´t watched a lot of things of the show so this mostly comes from other shows. - Experiment ( Doctor Manhattan/ Molecule man) : He could create either a particle accelerator and bet on gaining powers at least to molecule man level ( from nerfed to well the menance he really is) based on the fact that his body has this "Settings" due to genetics. - Serum ( Captain america / Sentry) : His powers could be due to a serum that he made using science. - Animal ( Spiderman , etc) a genetic modified animal could bite him and because of that he could gain powers. - Virus ( Albert wesker , Ethan winters) : He could gain powers by creating a virus and well the virus can "Change" him. - Natural evolution : Based on the fact that his body has been "Pushed" to the limit he could develop some sort of Psicokinesis abilities as that Natural "Evolution" points towards to.

That is a good point but remember Batman and Ironman had a lot main points the mc doesn't have. 1 - The trauma that won't heal in the case of batman mostly 2- They are both filthy rich, the mc is rich but nowhere near batman and ironman necesary fund for tech. 3 - He doesn't have or hasn't shown so far the potencial for both minds. 4 - What is worst a normal batman? Or a batman with powers? 5 - Difference in worlds : although mc and dcu are hell of difficult due to the amount of superpowered beings and all, the great majority are normal people, same with ironman. That isn't the case here , here most of the population has a power and unless you want to make brother eye or ultron or have a life time of contingency plans i wouldn't recommend it to you. - Here is a reccomendation: If you want to build a batman temple don't batman is based on the trauma literally his clones mostly kill themselves as they can't handle the stress. And if you don't have the necesarry trauma you have terry macginnis ( batman beyond) So do the batman rutine( the study and the training). And summon that to well i say you go for molecule man ( from nerfed to his ultimate power) you can handle the power scale and all. But again , if you want to build the quirkless temple and powerless temple that is fine.
