I think Tobirama might be the only character in whole novel that has personality that has good graps of reality in ninja world. all other character i see always lives in some kind of fantasy. he already knew what kind of problem will arise in future village. that why he try to disband senju clan as well as try to make uchiha away from center of hokage politics. he knew that uchiha and senju do not have right kind of mentality to run village. I think tobirama is only one that can be consider hokage that has what it meant to be hokage. i dont even consider Hashirama to be on same level as tobirama. in sort, Hashirama was idiot, Madara was psychopath, Harizen was coward, Minato was hiruzen's sort lived puppet.
