Orochimaru. Plain and simple, use it on him and make him experiment on things that will make the mc stronger without the system, perfect hashirama cell grafting, figure out how to overcome the need of a brothers or close relatives eyes to unlock ems, other bloodline research, perfect curse mark without the soul in it and he can have an easier time getting sage mode and having the ability to use it at anytime without the need to gather nature chakra. What I’m getting at is it’s too useful to not use the eyes.

Honestly I wish you would have switched it to orochimaru getting not only tobiramas dna but also Izuna uchihas as well, then he’d have a plausible way to have all the elements, he’d have a set of op eyes that evolve into rinnegan, and he’d gain some looks that make him look a bit like izuna and would make madara want to protect him.
