So. With the upgraded versions of classes do the previous versions stop growing or do they just change in to the the upgraded versions or do they have both classes but one is just straight up better ?

I have a question about the store why did you even bother to include the skill buying aspect of the system if you were just going to remove it all but a couple of chapters later. It just seems like a bit of a waste of different possible systems abilities.
If I want to buy anything from the system store, the amount of system points I have is only enough for the item section and it will be a one-time purchase. Also, I won't be able to recreate the item.
